As part of a long-term wedding present this charming couple arrived with a cherished bottle earmarked for the occasion. It was one of many well chosen wines selected for their ability to mature at anniversary occasions over the next several years.

We have been fortunate to meet many decent, interesting and likeable people during the past eight years. Yesterday was no exception and so we spent much of the day preparing Washoku World Heritage Cuisine for such goodly folks.
