Sharing a love of good nutrition, a German husband and a Chinese wife shared the same preference for the first breakfast course of vitamins.

But when it came to protein the individual preferences illustrated themes of their cultural backgrounds from Europe and Asia.
Oven baked avocado with egg yolk and Parmesan cheese. Mushrooms in burgundy and fresh marjoram. Tomatoes oven roasted in virgin oil and oregano. Scrambled eggs and tarragon. Oven roasted aubergine in a made for the moment Pizzaiola sauce.
Japanese rice porridge with chicken, scallops, ginger and perfectly poached egg. Miso soup with aubergine. Carrots with a Missing Bell sesame dressing. Mackerel in a freshly made mirrin sauce.
