Two lovers from Germany met this Samurai warrior Iga Heinaizaemon guarding a hidden entrance in Orkney. See what he was guarding:- Table Greetings - Kamo Steamed duck together with freshly prepared Japanese egg roll with spinach. Tataki Lightly seared tuna dressed with crisp garlic flakes, spring onions, ponzu sauce on a bed of freshly picked shiso leaves. Yuzu pepper. Hotaté Local hand-dived scallops from Orkney waters with samphire in a unique Missing Bell recipe. Green Beans Served with Missing Bell sesame dressing and sesame seeds. Nikuzume Shiitake mushroom stuffed with fragrant ground pork, ginger and bamboo shoot with komatsuna. Nasu Dengaku Aubergine, dressed with red miso and garnished with home grown viola edible flowers. Teriyaki Beef Orkney beef fillet steak. Freshly made teriyaki sauce. A Missing Bell Original Recipe. Green Tea fondant au chocolat Home-made fondant au chocolat. Apricots caramelised in brandy with cinnamon. So Samurai warrior Iga Heinaizaemon was protecting a memorable dining experience for Roger and Monika.
