Two lovers from Germany met this Samurai warrior
​Iga Heinaizaemon guarding a hidden entrance  in Orkney.

​Lightly seared tuna dressed with crisp garlic flakes, spring onions, ponzu sauce on a bed of freshly picked shiso leaves. Yuzu pepper.
