33 Year Wedding Anniversary and a Birthday
On the first of five days at Eastward House, this charming couple with much to celebrate, choose the Izakaya Seafood Japanese menu.
As our contribution to the celebration we expanded their chosen menu to ten individual servings.
Absolutely fresh sushi: Saba sushi (outside wrapped mackerel), Westray fresh crab rolled in sesame seed, avocado rolled in catalina fish eggs, Prawn, and finally Westray organic salmon. Garnished with florets of Thai basil.
Hotaté: Missing Bell special recipe for hand dived scallops from Orkney waters served on a bed of samphire.
Ika: very tender squid.

Nasu dengaku: amazing aubergine with A Missing Bell made-for-the-moment red miso topping. Edible viola by Ayana
