An Adventure of Tantalising Flavours
with a French 'Catch of the Day' Menu

This French themed menu provides a basis for culinary excitement with a Missing Bell Dining Experience of carefully crafted tastes and fragrant aromas to excite and delight the pallet.

La tradition Française - soupe à l'oignon
Caramelised onion, home-made beef consommé and sherry. Topped with toasted pain bâton, wholegrain mustard and melted Gruyère cheese. Garnished with fresh parsley. Served with pain bâton française.

For a guest with Celiac disease: freshly made roasted sweet potato and butternut squash soup with roasted chestnuts and gluten-free rice-flour bread.

Catch of the Day - Main Course Turbot
Turbot sautéed in Sancerre with fresh French tarragon on a bed of pink fennel, hand-dived scallop, very tender squid on a bed of celeriac and vermouth puree, intense spinach and drunken mussel liquor, roasted orange pepper and roasted cherry tomato sauce, Missing mussels (Miso and Chablis), roasted cherry tomatoes, flame scorched red pepper, prawns, radish, asparagus, steamed carrot. Grapes, edible viola flowers, roasted courgette boats with lavender, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, rosemary and roasted chestnut. Sprinkled with freshly picked Marseilles basil.
