Three Courses and Six Delights
Our nutritionally balanced gourmet breakfasts deliver three course healthy starts to the day for carnivores, pescatarians, vegetarians and vegans.
We don't resort to imitation sausages for vegetarians or vegans.
With a little creativity and patience, it is possible to create stimulating tastes for the third course of breakfast with sufficient variety and protein.
Here is one of our vegetarian breakfast that devout carnivores ask for.
So the first course is a large bowl of freshly prepared fruit.
Followed by second course of Missing Bell addictive porridge.
And here is the third course with six delights:-
Avocado oven baked with egg yolk in the centre, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, freshly ground black pepper and paprika. Sweet potato roasted and virgin oil. Mushrooms in marjoram and red wine. Roasted vine tomatoes. Chestnuts roasting in virgin oil and fresh oregano. Samoan banana with finely chopped onions, coconut milk and fresh coriander. Served with a dish of scrambled eggs and fresh French tarragon.
