Learned professors from the Department of Neuroscience at the Max Plonck Institute of Psychiatry at Westray University have now concluded long-term studies into the clinical effects of coo deprivation.
Whilst rapidly spreading and wildly contagious HCDS outbreaks frequently occur in large cities such as London, Birmingham, Bristol and Southampton, records confirm that the Orkney Islands have always been completely free from HCDS (Human Coo Deprivation Syndrome).
